Corporate Matching Gifts
Did you know that hundreds of companies have employee matching gifts programs? Check with your Human Resources office about whether your contribution to Jolt Initiative can be doubled or even tripled by your employer. If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your employer, and send it completed and signed with your gift to our address below (FAQs). It’s an easy way to make your dollars go further to support our programs.
Donor Advised Funds
Please direct your sponsoring organization to make a gift from your fund, with checks payable to Jolt Initiative, and mail to the address below (FAQs):
Donor advised fund grants often arrive anonymously or without identifying information, so please be sure to instruct your fund administrator to include your full name and address with the check so that we can credit your gift. You may also notify us at development@jolttx.org to share the details of your gift, including the amount and name of the institution sending the check (e.g., Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, etc.), so that we can track your gift and properly acknowledge your generosity.
Planned Gifts
To designate Jolt Initiative as a beneficiary of your retirement plan or other financial plan, please contact your plan administrator for the proper forms and use the information provided in the FAQs.
